Why it matters in Somalia
Somalia has one of the youngest populations in the world, and young people are eager to work in the digital economy. But most training is theoretical, expensive or out of reach, and employers struggle to find people with practical skills.
We focus on hands-on learning in small groups. Every participant builds real work they can show to an employer or client. TODO: add one or two local statistics on youth employment or digital skills.
